Tentative:
9.00am: Gather@Clubs and Socs for briefing before going to starting point
10.00am: Tramping begins
12.00pm: Arrive@top and rest
12.30pm: Start climbing down
1.30pm: Arrive@starting point and have free BBQ for lunch
